Noynoy Aquino, the standard bearer for LP has finally submitted his certificate of candidacy to Comelec just today. A lot of supporters were on standby to catch and show their support for Noynoy as he embarked another step of his political life.
He is now officially a candidate for President. Mar Roxas, his running-mate vying for the position of Vice-President filed his COC right after 11:00 in the morning.
As for senatorial candidates under LP also filed their COCs to Comelec namely:
1. Franklin Drilon
2. Teofisto Guingona III
3. Rozzano "Ruffy" Biazon
4. Ana Theresia Hontiveros-Baraquel
5. Nereus Acosta
6. Ralph Recto
7. Sonia Roco
According to Butch Abad, spokesman of LP the 12 senatorial candidates under LP will be completed on Saturday.

ARMM under State of Emergency National Government Taking Over
On November 26 2009, President Arroyo placed ARRM under the supervision of the national government. Appointing Interior Secretary Ronaldo Puno to take charge.
Secretary Ronaldo Puno has the following powers (delegated by the President):
1. Suspend all public officials in Maguindanao
2. Relieve all military and police commanders within the area
3. Appoint officers-in-charge to positions (posts) that will be vacated due to the suspension
Even though there are some areas that are under state of emergency this does not stop the local government to function as normal.
This act of the national government to take over the region will remain in force until such time the perpretators of the massacre will be found guilty and the case will be resolved.

Edward Cullen vs. Jacob Black: Let the Best Man Win!
The twilight saga movie, New Moon has just been released. It has gotten a lot of positive reviews from fanatics and critics alike.
In the movie, you can now see the love triangle between Edward, Bella and Jacob has blossomed. But now, we can have a clear picture on who is the best man to win Bella's hear.
Here is my own comparison between Edward and Jacob:
1. Edward is more matured compared to Jacob.
Ofcourse, he will be since he is immortal and got to live for how many years. For sure he has learned a lot from his tons and tons of experiences.
Jacob might be repulsive but what you expect from a teenager who is slowly turning to an adult.
2. Jacob's body and face looks hot compared to Edward.
Hmmm, Jacob's rosy cheeks, red lips, those eyes.... love ém. I guess werewolves are better looking than vampires. As for Edward, he is pale (he is suppose to be a vampire duh?) He is this modest type of person that acts with grace...that's an added touch to his looks.
On a final note, Jacob loves Bella, and Bella loves Edward....

Pacquiao vs. Mayweather Jr.: Who will be the ultimate pound for pound king?
Okay, the heat is on! Pacquiao has just won the bout against Miguel Cotto weeks ago. It has been everybody starts to forget what had happened to the 12-round of boxing between the two boxers.
Now, Mayweather's corner including Mayweather Jr. has started to throw a lot of bullshit to the side of Pacquiao just to heat things up made a few comments of Pacquiao using steriods in order to win his fights. Pretty clever huh?
Of course, Freddie Roach has been telling the side of Mayweather that Pacquiao will be up for the bout between Mayweather Jr.
The negotiations have been up now. HBO has just announced that the total revenue generater for the pay-per-view is about $70 million dollars which is higher compared to the latest bout of Mayweather against Marquez.
As to the price? It's will still be a very long, long, long negotiation...

Ampatuan vs. Mangudadatu: Political Rivalry lead to the death of 57 innocent people
The heat of the up and coming elections have proven to be the worst of it's time in the Philippine history.
Certainly, there have been a lot of political killings done over the past years, decades but the Philippines has never seen anything like this!
A total of 57 people died in one day. Imagine how many innocent lives have been lost in that one day. Around 22 women, 27 journalists and 15 motorists were killed.
There are a lot of things that happened this week. Facts and opinions have been raised as to whether justice will prevail.
Nevertheless, Mangudadatu still determined to run for the gubernatorial race. Today, November 27, 2009, he filed his COC (certificate of candidacy) to formally announce and make it official that he is running for governor this coming May 2010 elections.
On the other hand Ampatuan Jr. submit himself to the authority. However, his submission is not deemed as his way of surrendering to the police to admit that he is the one responsible for the massacre. Until now, he is telling the public that he is not guilty of the crime committed.
